Durst Group, in collaboration with Serom, a customer and partner of the Durst Group, successfully hosted an open house event highlighting the state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center in Gwangju, South Korea. The event showcased the latest technologies and product portfolio of the Tau RSC Platform and gave the attendees the exclusive opportunity to witness the machines in action within a printing environment.

The agenda for the open house included informative presentations by Durst and Serom, highlighting their solutions and printing capabilities. During the event, Durst and Serom representatives engaged with the attendees, answering their questions, and providing detailed insights into the features and advantages of the showcased technologies. Multiple attendees from Korea, Japan and China participated in the event, further enriching the exchange of ideas and experiences.
